“World Osteoporosis Day Carnival” Releases Guidebook for Prevention

OASKL (The Osteoporosis Awareness Society of Kuala Lumpur) has released the Healthy Bone For Life Family Guidebook which highlights the key foods and nutritional supplements that one should partake of in daily to best prevent and to treat this disease, no matter what stages of the disease that you may be experiencing. The similarities of this release are insanely accurate to the proprietary formulas that are contained with our PROVEN Osteoporosis supplement: Bonexcin.

In a November 21st article that was published on the popular online medium, The Star Online, under their Health section, they cite passages and quotes from authors of this amazing Osteoporosis guidebook for 2010!

The guidebook specifically cites,

(“Calcium is not only important for bone formation but is also used for bodily functions like maintenance of nerves and muscles. The body takes calcium from bone when it runs low, so we need to constantly replenish our calcium supply in order to avoid this,” says Dr Winnie Chee, a dietitian and honourary secretary of Osteoporosis Awareness Society of Kuala Lumpur.”)

Finally, the guidebook offers some advice on the amounts of this calcium that adults of all ages should be ingesting daily to best prevent the onset of this terrible disease.

The article further cites,

(“For adults, you need around 800mg to 1000mg of calcium daily. It sounds daunting, right? But drinking one glass of milk (240ml) every morning is already contributing about 250mg to 500mg of your daily calcium intake. And milk is not the only source of calcium out there.”)

Bonexcin not only provides these daily amounts, but so many more crucial elements that will help you prevent low bone mineral density and bone mass density.
